2. Communicate- As your lawyer, I’ll remain in contact with you in order to provide you with regular updates on your case.  I will discuss confidentiality and its limits concerning your case. I will clearly explain the fees I will charge in your case and discuss with you each and every option available to you throughout the life of your criminal case.
3. Investigate-Once I determine the circumstances surrounding your case, I will aggressively and thoroughly investigate the charges brought against you.  I will also be in constant contact with the prosecutor to determine his/her goals for your prosecution.
4. Proceed-I will explain to you my strategy on how I plan to proceed with your case.  This will include, when possible, the timetable for your particular criminal case.
5. Resolve-I will to the best of my ability work to resolve your case in the best possible fashion for you.  This includes being honest and straightforward about any negative outcomes that we may face together during this process.
